Descrizione: Prodotto ad Agosto, miele dalle grandi qualità, molto ricco di glucosio. Colore giallo intenso e caldo, rammenta il tuorlo d'uovo se cristallizzato. Al naso è delicato, di polline. Il sapore, particolarmente fresco al palato, è leggero ma caratteristico, ricorda l'albicocca matura. Cristallizza rapidamente e in modo compatto.
Description: Produced in August, this sunflower honey is bright yellow, not very sweet, dry, with an aroma of pollen, slightly herbaceous. It has a lively, pleasant taste, and it is rich of glucose. Sunflower fields are a real paradise for bees, as the sunflower produces a lot more nectar than usual flowers. This honey also granulates very quickly and is ideal for creamed honey.

Uso: miele da tavola. Gli vengono attribuite proprietà diuretiche e stimolanti.
Usage: table honey. It has diuretic properties and in folk medicine is used for treatment of heart diseases.
